"Gipsy Queen Ali is a courageous single mother full of pride. Led by deep-rooted tradition, she literally is a fighter. Ali lives in Hamburg with her two children Esmeralda (11) and Milan (5). After she has lost her job as a maid, she gets hired by the neighborhood pub ""Rizte"". During the day the pub basement is used for boxing and the owner of the pub allows Ali to train for free. Ali’s father, a passionate boxer, trained her from childhood. She was destined to become a world champion and free herself from the misery in Romania. But after young Ali ran away with her boyfriend, she was repudiated by her father. When one day her kids run away, Ali seems to loose everything. She makes the decision to save her children and enters the boxing ring - a fight for which she was prepared her whole life by her father. "
